The Board of Directors of Inergy GP, general partner of Inergy, L.P., announced that it has declared the Company's quarterly cash distribution of $0.705 per limited partner unit ($2.82 annually) for the quarter ended June 30.
The distribution will be paid on August 12, to unitholders of record as of August 5.

"Our business strategy is anchored by premier assets in our propane and natural gas storage and transportation businesses, and we are intensely focused on achieving our objectives on behalf of our unitholders."
Inergy plans to release its fiscal 2011 third quarter earnings on August 9. Inergy will host a live conference call and internet webcast on August 9, at 10 a.m. Central Time to discuss the results of operations for the quarter ended June 30, and its business outlook.
