Colonie ArchiveOne, a Watertown, Conn.-based records-storage and retrieval firm, has purchased File Safe Records Management of Colonie.
Neither company disclosed the purchase price. But the deal gives Archive-One 150 customers in the Capital Region, representing growth of 5 percent for the company.
``This acquisition is a nice geographic fit for us, expanding our physical presence in the Northeast and moving us further toward our goal of being the third-largest records-management company in the United States,'' said Archive- One chief financial officer John Pavlovich in a statement.
