NSW: DoCS says stood-down workers still being paid

SYDNEY, Feb 28 AAP - Four NSW Department of Community Services officers investigatedfor sending pornographic emails were stood down on full pay, the department chief saidtoday.

DoCS director general Carmel Niland today said the four officers were stood down inFebruary last year, charged with disgraceful conduct.

One of the officers was dismissed in January this year, while the investigation wascontinuing into the remaining three officers, she said.

But Ms Niland said all four were suspended with full pay consistent with industrialrelations practices.
